Want to become an officer or want to see someone to be an officer it is possable! In here you need to nomante someone or your self to become a Midshipman! if you are nomated there will be a vote poll will be made that will close in one week if you have more yea's then nae's then you will become a midshipman.
There is also some quilifcations that must be met first,

1) To have an accout with the forum
2) You or some one must nomante a person
3) There must be an opening, 1 Ensign per every 5 people in the FC
4) elections will be done in groups
